Except Hong Kong's public holidays, we're open from Monday to Friday, 9:00 ~ 17:30.

・What is the difference between a “Representative” and a “Contact Person”?
Representative is the person who represents your company in activities with the Chamber. This person does not necessarily have to be your Managing Director. Contact Person is the primary person we will reach out to for communications from our Chamber.
・Is my company "Full member" or "Associate" Member? What's the difference?
Full Members are primarily Japanese corporations, companies, or economic organizations that have a branch office, business entity, or representative office in Hong Kong.
Associate Members are companies other than Full Members, such as Hong Kong companies, foreign-owned enterprises, or Japan-based companies without registration in Hong Kong.
・What's my ID and Password?
Log-in ID and password is provided only after you become our member. Certain information is not available for non-members.
・How many employees can be registered under a membership? Does the membership fee change accordingly?
There is no limit to the number of portal accounts that can be created for your employees.
Membership fees are calculated based on the size of the company, not on the number of registered employees. Therefore, the fee does not vary according to the number of registrations.
・What's "Bukai (Groups)"? What does it do?
