【重要】 香港政府新聞處Coronavirus (Covid-19)情報 BCP編

香港政府新聞處(Information Services Department)より、万が一オフィスで感染者が
出た場合の対処法などの情報を入手しましたのでご共有差し上げます。
 
① 専用ホットライン:2125-1122(対応時間: 毎日8:00~24:00)へ電話をする。
② 感染エリア洗浄の為、1~2日会社などを閉鎖する。
③ 再開後は、厳戒な個人衛生管理を徹底する(方法は英語文末1~9を参照)

If a company has a confirmed case and they do not know what to do they should call the Centre for Health Protection Hotline for advice:   
2125 1111 / 2125 1122 (8 am to 12 midnight) 
 
Generally speaking (based on what we have seen) if an office has a confirmed case they will generally close for a day or two to carry out a deep cleaning and disinfection operation; then upon return to office ensure that the strict personal hygiene rules are observed: 
 
1. Wear masks if in contact with many people during your normal work 
2. Maintain a distance of at least 1.5m between employees within the office if possible 
4. Keep offices well ventilated 
4. Work from home if possible 
5. Adopt flexible working hours and practices, such as staggered arrival departure, different lunch hours, split shifts etc 
6. Disinfect common areas often (door handles etc) 
7. Have a disinfecting floor mat at the entrance to offices 
8. Ensure staff and visitors have access to hand sanitizers 
9. Keep toilets clean and ensure they have enough soap and hand towels available
